Campbell's Coatings was founded by Gavin Campbell in 2025 after a season learning sealcoating and asphalt maintenance hands-on at his grandfather's property in Florida, where the family decided that owning the equipment beat hiring it out.

Gavin brought the equipment home to Utah and set a strict standard for sealer mix ratios and line striping. Today the company services commercial parking lots across Utah County, and the owner is on every site, every job.
